Suing the government

Well, after doing everything that my high school civic teacher and college professors taught me. Writing letters to the editor (never published), local TV (never a second thought), and congressman (worthless). I have sued the federal government, state of Indiana, and the city of Auburn for refusal to enforce visitation.

No lawyer would take it. So I am by myself. The court case is in the US 7th District Court (Ft. Wayne, In). I am arguing that the federal government and the State government have created an environment where local governments have no need to enforce visitation orders. I got to the point that there was only way was to make them take notice.

Hit them in the pocket book. I am to have the state’s and city’s responses by the first week of May and the US Attorney’s response by the middle of June.
